Harness racing driver Austin Sorrie provided Girl Scout Cookie (State Treasurer) with a second straight pocket trip to win the $46,000 Ontario-sired Harvest Series Final for three-year-old pacing fillies on Friday (Nov. 25) at Woodbine Mohawk Park.
Sorrie dropped her into the pocket on the first turn and held position into the stretch. He then tipped the filly out in the final eighth and urged her clear of Queen Of Soul (Jody Jamieson) for victory in 1:54.1. Baby Bonita (Sylvain Filion) also passed Queen Of Soul late for second.

Girl Scout Cookie is now six-for-41 lifetime and surpassed six digits in earnings with the win for a total of $109,241. Joe Pereira trains the filly for William Johnstone and William Gillan of Thorold.
Racing at Woodbine Mohawk Park continues on Saturday, Nov. 26.
