Pembrook Legacy N (Bettors Delight) snagged his sixth Preferred-level harness racing victory of the year in the featured pace at The Raceway at the Western Fair District on Wednesday (Dec. 7).
It was a wire-to-wire strike for the nine-year-old. Trainer/driver Lorne House directed the gelding instantly to the front, managed the speed to :28.2, :59, and 1:27.4 panels, and saw him fight off Night Watchman (Nick Boyd) for the victory in 1:57.2. Kenny Joe (Scott Coulter) got up for second over Beachin Lindy (Stephen Charlton).
