Flamboro cancels Thursday program

There will be no live harness racing in Canada on Thursday (Dec. 15) as Flamboro Downs became the second of two tracks to cancel its scheduled card.

Flamboro Downs management made the call due to unsafe driving conditions in surrounding areas after freezing rain and snow hit much of Southern Ontario. The Winter storm is expected to continue through to Friday morning.

Woodbine Mohawk Park also scrapped its program.

Flamboro Downs will race next on Saturday, Dec. 17.
