Charlie May verdict on Harness Racing Alumni Show

On this week’s Harness Racing Alumni Show, Freddie, Trade and Bob discuss their thoughts on the reasoning behind Judge Andrew Baron’s decision that ruled in favor of Don Tiger.

Baron’s final order to the NJ Racing Commission clearly states that Tiger’s racehorse Charlie May, should be declared the winner of the 2021 Meadowlands Pace. Also brought to public awareness was the fact that the owners of Lawless Shadow, who was placed first in the 2021 Meadowlands Pace, have retained the legal services of Howard Taylor. They’ve contended that the NJ Racing Commission never informed them of an appeal that Don Tiger had filed. Don’t miss this informative broadcast.
