Gently de Muze cruises in Gr. III Prix Pierre Desire Allaire

The Cagnes sur Mer featured Gr. III Prix Pierre Desire Allaire (purse 80,000€, 2925 meters for European 7-11 year olds) this evening went to the J-M Bazire trainee Gently de Muze (7m Perlando-Obade Mancellerie) reined by Christophe Martens.

The now 17 time winner of 532,900€ was timed in 1.13.7kr for owner Yannick Desmet. He was the 8/10 favorite easily defeated 6.4/1 Cash du Rib (11g Ready Cash-Quille Castelets with trainer J.L.Cl. Dersoir at the lines. Third home was 32/1 Ebetton (9g Jag de Bellouet) with J.Ch. Feron driving.

At Paris-Vincennes the Prix Patrick Mottier (monte, purse 65,000€, 2850 meters for 7-11 year olds) went to 6.9/1 odds Fiesta de Froulay (8f Gazouillis-Lorette Jaugenay) timed in 1.11.8kr for jockey Guillaume Martin and owner/trainer Arnaud Desmottes. This was her 10th career victory and his earnings advanced to 268,300€. Filou d’Anjou (8g Othello Bourbon) was second at 3.4/1 for Marine Beudard and the 1.5/1 favorite Go For The Gold (7g Ready Cash) rallied to third for Mathieu Mottier and trainer Thierry Duvaldestin.

In the Prix Salam (monte, purse 70,000€, 2700 meters for 5-6 year olds) the 4.3/1 Hakim de Chen (6g Akim du Cap Vert) scored in 1.13.1kr for jockey David Thomain and trainer Pierre Pellerot. This one recorded his sixth career victory moving his earnings to 238,280€.

Iberik de Mongoochy (5g Un Amour d’Haufor) was second a length back for Francois Lagadeuc. Third was 4.3/1 Hotline de Carsi (6f Vigove) with Benjamin Rochard in the irons.
