Harness racing hits Cambridge again today with nine races on the card. The racing starts at 5:30pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Best Value:  R5    Fire And Delight

Race 1

I’llavabubbles (6) Racing well and might head forward early. Big drop in class here
Piiki Whara (4) Likely to receive a good run from the draw. Can run top three again
Raging On (3) Due to hit some better form and strike rate driver hops on. One for odds

Race 2

Sans Au Revoir (9) Very good the last couple and can go on with it. Big hope with manners
Highview Rockn Roll (10) Tidy wins in the Central District. Winning claims in this field but needs luck
Petronelli Gee (3) Manners not great but has a decent motor. Can surprise with the right trip

Race 3

Mannion (3) Had excuses last start and winnable race for him here. Hard to beat
Tuhoe Warrior (1) Should get a cosy run close to the speed. One for longer odds
Baz (4) Never far away from the placings and suited here. Can run top three

Race 4

Hughie Wallace (4) Drawn well and only needs manners again to be a big threat in this.
Love Is Everywhere (9) Racing stronger fields and god second last start. Needed
Lovemeto (8) Much stronger this time in and rise in grade no issue. Good chance again

Race 5

Fire And Delight (11) Went some good races in top fields last campaign. Chance here at odds
Lilliburlero (2) Goes best from the front and might be the early leader from the draw. Improver
Lincoln River (5) Goes well on the track and in good form. Good winning chance in this

Race 6

Whispering Artist (8) Big performance to win last start. This field not much stronger
Daisy Duke (1) Has run some good races recently and dangerous from the draw. Needed
Superstar Legend (9) Tricky draw but has claims with gaps in the straight. One for odds

Race 7

Melanion (9) Tidy effort for third last start. Tough handicap but has to be respected here
Riverman Sam (5) Racing ok and likes the track. Can surprise with the right run in transit
Chimichurri (13) In top form but handicap and stand a concern. Goes close with a swift beginning

Race 8

Manhattan Sunshine (2) Racing well from new stable and drawn to lead early. Include
Rollwithit (1) Should get a run through from the draw and getting better with racing. Needed
Wriggles Rufus (10) Goes the odd good race and this field not that strong. Place chance here

Race 9

Commander Lincoln (6) Stable does well with first starters on the track. Needed here
Lockdown Louie (2) Should get a run handy from the draw and ok last start. Put in
Luka Doncic (4) Looked ok at the workouts and stronger now. Winning claims
