Century Mach (Jk Royal Flush) made her return to the Fillies and Mares Open at Fraser Downs on Thursday (Apr. 13) and scored a third consecutive harness racing win.
The mare performed a give-and-go from the pylon post for Kelly Hoerdt, leading from the half. She turned away Stash The Cookies, who challenged going into the last quarter, and held off closers from all directions to win the Open in 1:53. Moosette (Brandon Campbell) went from sixth to second and missed by three-quarters of a length. In High Cotton (Dave Hudon) finished third.
