This past week has brought about a bit of everything concerning harness racing fines and suspensions in the USA. They range from failure to appear before a hearing to an undesirable application for licensing. Positive tests for TCO2, Flunixin and more.
Canada is also seeing a number of positive tests for Class II and Class III drugs.
