Harness racing hits Addington again today with eight races on the card. The racing starts at 5:26pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Best Bet:  R8   Triple G

Best Value:  R3   Cardi B

Race 1

Bella Button (3) Decent draw and has the best form in the field. Has to rate highly
It’s So Easy (2) Good beginner and should race handy. Can run top three with luck
Vertigo (7) Quick off the mark and small field helps. Good place chance in this field

Race 2

McKendrick (2) Good run last start and well placed from the draw. Hard to beat here
Medina Magic (1) Will be improved and drawn to lead or trail. Can run top three
The Real McCoy (10) Drawn well and will be running on. Place hope at longer odds

Race 3

Cardi B (3) Big run last start and can go on with it here. Hard to beat if she finds the front
Dance Till Dawn (1) Quick beginner who should race handy to the speed. Winning claims
Rakasharp (2) Has a nice draw and should be an improver. Can run top three with luck

Race 4

OK Boomer (4) Big improvement in draws for this. Major player here and top selection
Mossdale Terry (2) Quick beginner who might try to lead early. Place chance in this
Darby O’Gill (6) Fast beginner if they want to use it. Has the motor and will be improved

Race 5

Paramount Empress (5) Big improver and top win last start. Should be hard to beat
Tu Tangata (1) Has been very unlucky and top driver booked. Can run top three
Harold Smith (4) Good run for second last start. Has to rate highly on natural improvement

Race 6

Heza Sport (7) Racing ok and small field will assist. Might go forward early here
The Falcon (4) Good run the last couple. Will race handy and can run top three
Warloch (2) Might get a soft fence run and can finish strongly. Place chance best

Race 7

KD Hawk (2) Drawn well and good run for second in a similar field last start. Can win
Spy Da Moment (3) Coming in off the back of a good third. Can run top three again
Missalyssa (7) Up in grade but conditions suit. Good chance if she can lead

Race 8

Triple G (11) Has a big motor and second in a tough field last start. Top selection
Here’s Herbie (8) Wide draw but good enough to overcome it with luck. Include here
Topaz (1) Racing well but will need all favours to win. Can run top three from the draw
