Harness racing hits Addington again today with eleven races on the card. The racing starts at 4:51pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Best Value:  R3   Jazelle

Race 1

Rakero Slammer (7) Has performed at workouts and winning claims on debut. Needed
Arnold Layne (3) Tidy run last start and only needs manners to feature strongly here.
Amaretto Franco (1) Looked a run short last start. Chance with natural improvement

Race 2

Cappaha (3) Good win last start but up in grade. Can handle the rise in class. Include
Racey Krusa (10) Normally begins ok and not the worst here. Can run top three with luck
Rush (5) Manners not great but has a good sprint when saved for one run. Can surprise

Race 3

Jazelle (1) Has been racing better fields without luck. Well placed here from the draw
Onedin Hurricane (5) Change of stable. Good stayer who might race well fresh
Magic Four (8) Better last start and should improve further. Draw hurts but can win

Race 4

Bronson (9) On debut from strike rate stable. Has to be hard to beat here
Miki’s Courage (2) Good trialist who might try to lead in this. Top three player
Commander Ben (6) Racing well and conditions suit. Can run top three with luck

Race 5

Joes Rock (7) Gate speed and is a realistic win chance in this field. Needed
Folklore (8) Big finisher when the pace is on. Will be running on late here
Kikorangi Blue (6) Looks the early leader and can stick on for a place here

Race 6

Tu Tangata (16) Racing well but tricky handicap. Big chance with a cart into it
Jimmy Carter (13) Better run last start but manners a bit iffy. Chance with a safe start
Son Of Patrick (18) Ok last start and has gate speed. One of the major players in this

Race 7

Don’t Stop Dreaming (8) Wide draw but will be ready. Top selection in this
Sinbad (6) Disappointing last start. Can run top three if back to his best
Merlin (9) Drawn wide but has speed. Goes close if he leaves the gate quickly

Race 8

Anything Goes (3) Good gate speed and stable change. Top winning chance
Tommy Waterhouse (11) Should get a run through early. Should be therabouts
Happy Place (10) Inside draw but look for him late up the passing lane. Place chance

Race 9

Betterwithbling (1) Drawn well and and might race close to the speed here. Include
Fernz Goldy (10) Out of form but better draw for this. One for longer odds here
Kingsdown Atom (4) Has raced well on course in the past. Could surprise

Race 10

Paramount Empress (5) Going for three in a row. Good winning chance
Eurokash (11) Manners can be a bit iffy but has ability. Win chance if the pace is on
Cody Banner (2) In top form and drawn the front. Can compete with these

Race 11

Major Memphis (4) Top driver booked for this. Trialling ok and has claims
Olive Cook (1) Ok recently but drawn to be a threat. Place chances best
Franco Hoffman (10) Not a lot of luck last start. Chance at longer odds with gaps
