Power problems cancel Harrah’s Philadelphia card

Due to power outages, the harness racing card at Harrah’s Philadelphia was cancelled on Wednesday, July 5.

It is not known yet if there will be live racing on Thursday. Horsemen and women are advised to check with the racetrack or the PHHA.
