Tijuana Seelster (Muscle Mass) extended her harness racing undefeated streak to six in her biggest margin of victory to date on Wednesday (Jul. 12) at Grand River Raceway.
The mare held a commanding lead for Colin Kelly from the half to the finish. She pushed forward to assert control with a :28.3 first quarter, received a three-length cushion via a breaking rival at the half in :58.4, and opened up by four-and-a-quarter at three-quarters in 1:28.2. She then sailed home to a five-and-three-quarter-length romp in 1:58. Downstairs Party (Scott Young) was second, and Cash Deals (Mario Baillargeon) finished third.

Tijuana Seelster has now won 11 of her 36 lifetime starts. Her winning streak began on May 28. Jacob Roberts trains the four-year-old, who has now earned $75,669, for Triple S Equine of Newton.
