Roberto Andreghetti passes in Italy, age 60

One of the greatest Italian trotting horsemen, Roberto Andreghetti, passed away this day (July 13) in Italy at age 60. Some of his most prestigious victories were the Gr. I Grand Prix de la Lotterie with Mack Grace SM in 2012 and 2014.

He also won the Derby Italien in 2002 with Concord Jet, in 2006 with Glen Kronos and in 2017 with Calchiria OP. He raced also in France from 1992-2020 with the groupe level winners Princess Grif, Vincennes and Ghibellino.

This great European trotting driver will forever be remembered as a truly Great Champion.
