Harness racing hits Addington again today with ten races on the card. The racing starts at 5:16pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Race 1

Mr Love  (6) Has looked the goods at trials and capable of beating these. Top selection
It’s So Easy (2) Good beginner and consistent formline. Has to be respected here
Crazy N Love (4) Handy horse who was tidy after working last start. Top three chance

Race 2

Lucifer (4) Drops in class for this and trials have been ok. Improver who can go close
Carrera Rapido (8) Has performed in much better fields in the past. Needed here
Tokyo Rose (1) Racing well and likely to land a handy spot on the fence. Can run top three

Race 3

With Style (4) Quick beginner who should run top three in this field. Top selection here
Herb (3) Running on late last start in a similar field. Drawn to be competitive
Prima Donna (5) Will need luck from the draw but ok last start. One for longer odds

Race 4

Aardiebythehill (7) Has a decent reputation. Hard to beat in this if he brings his a-game
Mystic Max (5) Good win last start but up in grade here. Looks a nice top three chance
Midnight Dash (8) Plenty of ability and should be running on late here. Needed here

Race 5

Advance Party (8) Wide draw but good enough to make her own luck. Can run top three
Aardiebytheseaside (9) Tricky draw but one of the better chances in this field. Needed
Black Pearl (7) Tricky draw and will need luck but has come back well this campaign

Race 6

Vessem (6) Unbeaten and expected to remain that way here. Top selection in this field.
Major Hot (1) Plenty of ability and could surprise from a better draw. Can push the fav
Double Jeopardy (4) Nice trial win. No surprise to see him go close in this with luck

Race 7

Anything Goes (7) Good win at Addington and might try to lead here. Looks a good chance
Allamericanlover (10) Will be better for the last start second. One of the better chances
Smiffy’s Terror (6) Tidy draw and always a place chance. Not the worst at longer odds

Race 8

Nazareth (8) Good trialist who could give some cheek with a good run in transit. Needed
One Over Da Line (4) Has raced well in age group fields. Has to be respected in this field
Tu Tangata (2) Getting fitter with racing. Good win chance here with early manners

Race 9

Alta Meteor (8) Top win last start and will be improved. Might be too good for this field
Helium (4) Has raced well in similar fields. Has to be respected and looks the early leader
Double Time (2) Getting fitter with racing. Good chance with a good run in transit

Race 10

Live On Legend (2) Quick beginner who might be the early leader. Can get back into form
McCrikey (4) Racing well and should get a run through early from the draw. Include
Tabasco (10) At his best would be a threat. Chance with a cart into the race. Needed
