Lexington, KY — Strong Poison (Always B Miki-Flyonce) delivered a powerful punch with her return to the winner’s circle on Tuesday (Aug. 29) at Red Mile in 1:50 in the sole division of $80,000 Kentucky Sire Stakes action for sophomore trotting fillies. The 12-race harness racing card also featured one $30,000 Kentucky Commonwealth Series for 3-year-old pacing females and one $15,000 Goldenrod Series event.

Gingras gave the filly her head and allowed her to control the tempo. She clicked off fractions of :56.3 and 1:24.2 and threw down the bid of Charleston (Tim Tetrick) to hit the line in front. Cultured was third.
