Haras Des Trotteurs sires to the forefront

What a great weekend for sires on the Haras Des Trotteurs roster!

Queen Elida NZ (Love You) and Ollivici NZ (Orlando Vici) started the ball rolling by running 1-2 in the Group 2 $50,000 Australasian Trotting Championship at Melton on Saturday night (Sep 02).

It was Queen Elida’s fourth win on end and her 26th from 44 lifetime starts.

Haras Des Trotteurs’ newcomer E L Titan got into the act with the two-year-old filly Erin, who scored a commanding win in the $51,500 New York Sire Stakes division at Batavia Downs.

On Sunday night (September 3) Just Love You (by Love You) captured the Group 2 120,000 eoros Prix G. de Wazieres, a Criterium 4 Ans qualifier over 2700 metres at Vincennes, Paris. The mare has won nine of her 20 starts for 434,850 euros.

Haras Des Trotteurs stallions then cleaned up by winning four heats of the HDT Vicbred Super Series at Maryborough on Monday afternoon (September 4). Their winners were Valtino (2YO colt by Love You), Preferred Love (2YO filly by Love You), Stevie Gee (3YO colt by Used To Me) and Rapid Return (3YO filly by Orlando Vici).
