Harness racing driver Jim Taggert Jr. won the co-features with Swans Eye (Swan For All) and So Diva (So Surreal) at Tioga Downs on Friday (September 15).
Swans Eye ($3.50) captured the $12,500 featured trot.
Swans Eye was first to the quarter in :28.0.Ā Ā She used a :29.1 second quarter to be first to the half in :57.1.Ā Ā She continued to be in firm control as she led to three-quarters in 1:26.0.
As they made the turn for home, she had plenty in the tank to win easily in 1:54.3.Ā Ā MacMorris Hanover (Bruce Aldrich Jr.) was second.Ā Ā BJ Lorado (Wally Hennessy) finished third.
Swans Eye is a 4-year-old mare owned and trained by Rocco Fava.Ā Ā It was her third win this season.Ā Ā She now has 10 career victories.

So Diva ($4.20) took the $12,500 featured fillies & maresā pace.
Prairie Westerngal (Tyler Miller) was first to the quarter in :26.4.Ā Ā So Diva grabbed a short lead but Talk Show Chica (Corey Braden) took over command with a circuit to go and led to the half in :55.3.Ā Ā Talk Show Chico was first to three-quarters in 1:24.0.
As they reached the stretch So Diva popped the pocket and went right on by to win in 1:52.3.Ā Ā Talk Show Diva had her win streak snapped after seven straight wins and had to settle for second.Ā Ā PL Princess C (Jeff Long) finished third.
So Diva is a 5-year-old mare owned by Rita Scharman and trainer Michelle Warner.Ā Ā It was her fourth win this year.Ā Ā She now has 23 career victories.

Taggert Jr., Wally Hennessey, and Ridge Warren all had driving triples.
