Darrell Wood on Harness Racing Alumni Show

Darrell Wood of the Virginia Equine Alliance, which includes Shenandoah Downs and Colional Downs, is this week’s guest on the Harness Racing Alumni Show.

Darrell shares with Freddie, Trade and Bob an overview of the Virginia Equine Alliance. Their racing program includes the racetrack’s past and upcoming promotions at Shenandoah Downs. They make continued and generous contributions to the sport’s Standardbred Retirement Foundation and the Standardbred Transition Alliance. Wood also shares the story of the life size Virginia bred Secretariat statue visiting Shenandoah Downs in May of this year. A very uplifting broadcast for everyone.
