The former North American pacing standout All Bets Off, whose frozen semen is available to Australian breeders for the first time from Tourello Standardbreds, Sheffield (Tas.), has sired the winners of $2.82million from his first two crops.
All Bets Offās oldest stock are three-year-olds and they have earned $2.3 million, while his current two-year-old crop has banked almost $520,000.
From his first crop he sired a top colt in Moment Is Here 1:49 ($422,271), winner of an Ontario Sires Stakes Gold final at two and a heat of the Little Brown Jug at three, and a smart filly in Big Big Plans (1:53.8), winner of an OSS Gold Final and the Battle of the Belles as a two-year-old.
Among the winners from All Bets Offās second crop are the brilliant Pass Line (1:49.6), the winner of $268,948 including three OSS Gold Finals and the Champlain Stakes and ranked the second fastest two-year-old filly in North America this year, Bonitaās Best Bet (1:51.6), winner of the $75,000 OSS Grassroots 2YO Final and Trophy Taker (1:51.8).
All Bets Offās Tourello studmates Lincoln Royal and Lennytheshark have made a good start for the month. Lincoln Royal was represented by the 1:56.4 Cranbourne winner Wharewhiti and the NZ winner Sir Monty, while Lennythesharkās three-year-old daughter Lennyās Angel posted her second success at Shepparton.
