Meadowlands Amateur Driving Club giving out $50K

East Rutherford, NJ – On Saturday, November 11th, the Meadowlands harness racing Amateur Driving Club will honor five chosen charity recipients with $10,000 donations.

Through the second and third quarters of 2023, $50,000 was raised from club member’s 5% driver fees.

During September’s board meeting the following five charities were selected:

• The Standardbred Retirement Foundation
• New Vocations Racehorse Adoption Program
• Purple Haze Standardbred Adoption Program
• Racing for Home
• 13 Hands Equine Rescue

On November 11th, the charity representatives will receive a VIP Night at the Track experience that includes dinner, race presentation and interviews following their check presentation.
