Used To Me mare mows em down

Queen Of Quebec, a four-year-old daughter of the French-bred percentage sire Used To Me, unleashed a paralysing finishing burst to cut down her harness racing rivals at Melton on Saturday night (November 11).

A former Vicbred and Breeders Crown finalist, Queen Of Quebec has now won six races and over $40,000 in stakes.

Used To Me has sired 28 winners from 47 starters from 68 Australian bred foals.

Orlando Vici, the sire of international trotting star Just Believe, left a pair of winners in New Zealand last week in the three-year-old filly Melsadele (Auckland) and Eurostyle (Addington).

Orlando Vici has sired 12 winners from 18 NZ bred foals three-years-old and older.

Love You, who is in second position on this season’s trotting sires’ premiership in Australia and NZ, left winners on both sides of the Tasman last week.

In Victoria, Love You’s winners included Nakedtruth, who won at Bendigo (1:58.5) and Shepparton (1:59.8) and the three-year-old Jilliby Jetpack, while in NZ, he was represented by Sans Au Revoir (Auckland) and Mr Love (Rangiora).

Used To Me, Orlando Vici and Love You are all members of the Haras Des Trotteurs’ sire roster at Ballarat (VIC.).
