On North American harness racing tracks it’s all about speed over a mile trip, in Australia it’s a mix of both standing start and mobile features across a range of track sizes, in New Zealand it could be about an extreme two-mile contest or a grass track race featuring non-race winners and in Europe the champion trotter is celebrated as a king of the track.

AMERICAN REPLAY
Garnet Barnsdale reported on the eliminations of the Governors Cup last week. The feature racing saw some competitive racing with Captain Luke impressing and catching the eye ahead of the final. Watch the replay of his nice victory below
CANADIAN REPLAY
Nicholas Barnsdale reported on another victory for Daisy Corvette last week. The win extending a recent winning run. An impressive time of 1:53.2. enough to see off the race rivals.
NEW ZEALAND REPLAY
Bruce Stewart reported on the biggest harness race on New Zealand soil last week with the running of the NZ Trotting Cup taking place at Addington. In the end it was the sole Australian raider who made the Kiwi contingent pay as he proved too good for the field.
