Harness racing hits Addington again today with nine races on the card. The racing starts at 5:23pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Race 1

Mr Love (6) Going for three in a row and times suggest he goes close here. Has to be included
Create Time (5) Getting better with racing and has the speed to be a major player. Needed
Gold Bullion (8) Disappointing last start but had excuses. Could bounce back and run top three

Race 2

Madrid (1) Big run for second on Cup Day and drawn to take advantage early. Top selection
Treacherous Baby (7) Only fair on Cup Day but will be improved. Stable going great guns
Raklou (9) Getting back into top form at the right time and draw suits. Chance at longer odds

Race 3

Millwood Nike (9) Stunning win on Cup Day and looking to dominate again here. Should win
Mantra Blue (5) Got closest to the favourite on Cup Day. Might be the best of the rest again here
Amore Infida (1) Big draw upgrade for this. Should race handy on the pegs and can run top three.

Race 4

Dance Till Dawn (4) Mobile and sprint trip suit. Good winning claims here in a weaker field
Boudica (7) Has raced well against stronger fields in the past. Might lack race fitness but include
Kikorangi Blue (6) Battling runs last few starts. Wide draw but likely to go forward. Needed

Race 5

Wilma’s Boy (2) Didn’t trot that well last start but better than that. Can win with manners
Empire City (7) Big improvement to win nicely last start. Should be improved further. Include
Princess Sadie (5) Drawn to go forward early. Has to be respected on previous efforts on the track

Race 6

High Energy (8) Good form against her own age group trotters. Looks one of the better chances.
Aroha Kenny (6) Running well in all of her races. Looks capable of winning this with the right run
Shez Bella (4) Stable on fire at the moment and can win with the better draw she gets today.

Race 7

Don’t Stop Dreaming (9) Good win last start but tricky draw again. Can win with luck
Wag Star (5) Disappointing last start and should improve. Gate speed to lead
Jolimont (1) One of the most unlucky horses going around. Wide draw but go again

Race 8

Muscle Bank (7) Up in class but capable of causing an upset. Can get into the placings
I Dream Of Jeannie (10) Disappointing last start but in a stronger field. Winning claims here
Galway Girl (9) Good form and races better in front. Chance if she goes forward early

Race 9

The Coalman (6) Smaller field will help and conditions suit here. Can improve quickly. Needed
Deceptive Lee (7) Racing well and will be fitter after last start run. Has to be respected in this
Dashing Major (9) Another wide draw but due to show some form. Should be thereabouts
