Harness racing hits Cambridge again today with seven races on the card. The racing starts at 6:03pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Best Value:  R4   Run Forest Run

Race 1

Emily Bay (4) Racing well and drawn to be competitive. Can run top three again here
Trifolium (8) Getting better with racing and weaker field here. Should be thereabouts
Slainte (10) Manners the only concern here. Has the ability to win with no mistakes

Race 2

Jaccka Cooper (7) This field looks weaker than what he has beaten in the past. Top selection
Peter Forsberg (3) Has good gate speed and gets into a weaker field here. Not the worst
Baba Yaga (1) Ok last start and better suited here from the draw. Can improve quickly

Race 3

Whitfield (3) Mobile and track suit. Driver change for this and winning claims here
Desert Dawn (1) Nice fence draw and trainer change for this. Could surprise here
Sheza Mermaid (8) Good form and getting better with racing. Wide draw but include

Race 4

Run Forest Run (1) Coming in fresh but drawn well and can run top three first up.
Ya Know (6) Good beginner who raced well at Manawatu. Will race handy to the speed
Romeo Foxtrot (12) Impressive win last start and 10m handicap the only worry. Needed

Race 5

Caulfield (1) Strikes a good draw and sprint trip suits. Can win with luck
Mr Kaplan (11) Has raced better fields in the past but tricky draw. Include here
Hesashorething (6) Has been disappointing but better than that. Due to show some form

Race 6

Beaudiene Rocknroll (3) Drawn to head forward early. Looks one of the better chances
Brookside Girl (6) Running on in all of her races. Draw not great but good chance if fully fit
Major Achievement (1) Could get a soft run from the draw. Not the worst in an even field

Race 7

Turnpike Joe (4) Should be improved for this after some solid runs at Manawatu. Needed
Smart And Mighty (6) Disappointing last start and should improve. Gate speed to lead
Bell Fire (1) One of the most unlucky horses going around. Wide draw but go again
