KHA expands existing development program

The Kentucky Horse Racing Commission approved the recommendations of the Kentucky Sire Stakes Advisory Panel to further expand the harness racing industry leading sire stakes and breed development program.In addition to expanding the existing program with over $3+ Million in purse enhancements (including new and expanded series at Oak Grove, The Red Mile and Cumberland Run), the Stallion Bonus Program was expanded to now apply to all Kentucky Sire Stakes and Kentucky Proud Races beginning in 2024.
