WASHINGTON, PA, Feb. 15, 2024 — Carter Michael Deo (International Moni-Brigham Dream) held off late challenges inside and outside en route to a hard-earned victory in Thursday’s (Feb. 15) harness racing feature at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, a $12,500 Conditioned Trot.
Carter Michael Deo quarter-poled to the top for Anthony MacDonald, but his work was hardly over. As they turned for home, the pocket-sitting Chezactic headed for the Lightning Lane while Rose Run Yanae ranged up menacingly outside. But the 4-year-old kept to his task and triumphed in a career-best 1:53.2, 3/4 lengths better than Rose Run Yanae, with Chezactic third.
