EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ – Meadowlands Racetrack’s two most popular events are back in 2024. The annual Beer Festival is set for Saturday, May 4 and the annual Summer Wine Festival is slated for Saturday, June 22.
For the Saturday, May 4th craft beer fest, doors open for VIP at 4:00 pm with General Admission at 5:00 pm and beer is poured until 9:00pm. The VIP ticket is $65 and includes an additional 1 hour of sampling, exclusive VIP beer samplings, music by DJ Alxx and food. General Admission begins at 5:00 pm and is available in advance for $45 or at the door for $50. Festival goers will also be able to watch and wager on the Kentucky Derby and live harness racing with a 6:20pm post.
Over 60 breweries and cideries are participating including a number of local New Jersey craft brewers. NJ favorites 902 Brewing Company, Grin Brewing, About The Hops, Bradley Brew Sales, Bonesaw Brewing, Ashton Brewing, Ghost Hawk, Montclair Brewery, Untied, Ross Brewing and Bolero Snort will be poured at the festival. New breweries are confirmed every week and the final list of breweries, and the full beer lineup will be posted at PlayMeadowlands.com the week of April 29th.

Wine fest-goers on Saturday, June 22nd will experience an evening of great wines from around the world, live-harness racing, music by DJ Alx and food. Over 30 wineries are participating including ones from Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Australia, California, South Africa and Oregon. Festival goers will be sampling Sauvignon Blanc, Champagne, Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Prosecco, Rosè, Sangrias, Pinot Noir and much more.
