EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ-The Meadowlands Racetrack hosts live harness racing every Friday and Saturday through the winter with a 6:20pm post time. In addition to live racing is a slate of events from comedy to sports to dining.
Back by popular demand after two sold out shows, the Meadowlands Racetrack’s Night of Comedy hosted by Thiccbois Comedy (@thiccboiscomedy) is back on Saturday, March 2nd. Meadowlands Racetrack will host an International Women’s Day themed broadcast on Saturday, March 9. The dynamic sister duo of Jessica and Jenna Otten will host the night’s live broadcast along with Dawnelle Mock, of Pennsylvania Horse Racing Association fame. The night will feature sizzle videos and interviews with the industry’s top female trainers, drivers and grooms.
Also on March 9th is the UFC 299 Watch Party. The main card features O’Malley vs Vera 2 and kicks off at 10pm. The full fight card is available in the Fanduel Sportsbook and the 2nd floor Gallery which has lounge seating, full bar service and a huge 20×20 main screen TV.
Chef Chris Burnett has crafted a St. Patrick’s themed menu for Friday, March 15 and Saturday, March 16. Diners can munch on some Irish favorites including potato & bacon soup, corned beef, Irish Goulash pasta, Colcannon, Irish soda bread and much more. The buffet menu also features non-St. Patrick’s Day items including Korean BBQ wings, white cheddar mac and cheese, and bourbon honey roasted salmon. Reservations for the $49.95 (plus tax and gratuity) buffet can be made by calling 201-The-BigM.
College basketball fans can catch all the tournament games at America’s number one sportsbook – the Fanduel Sportsbook located inside Meadowlands Racetrack. The sportsbook has massive HDTVs, dining options with table service and plenty of self-service and teller operated wagering machines. The tournament kicks off on March 19 & 20th with the First Four.
