Harness racing hits Addington again today with eleven races on the card. The racing starts at 4:50pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Best Bet:  R1  Chase A Dream 

Best Value:  R3  Jaccka Opa

Race 1

Chase A Dream  (2) Has been racing the best in his age group. Should be winning this
Song Sung Blue  (1) Likely to geta  soft pegs run and can stick on for a place here
Harrison John (5) Improving and chance on his recent runs. Hard to see him winning

Race 2

Jordan Anne (4) Looks one of the better place chances in this based on her latest runs
George Eliot (6) Ran home well last start on grass. Will need to step but has to be included
Shandon Bells (3) Fair in recent races and a top three chance with luck in running.

Race 3

Jaccka Opa (8) Better suited to this race and top driver back on. Chance at longer odds
Major Happy (10) Racing well and conditions suit. Will need luck from the draw. Include
Midfrew Lucre (7) Out of form but much better than that. Could surprise in this field.

Race 4

Helium (7) Mobile a big assist here. Likely to head forward early and can run time
Who’s Delight (9) Outside front row draw hurts. Winning claims with a cart into the race
Watermelon Sugar (10) Should get a cosy run on the fence. Can go back to back with gaps

Race 5

Bobbies Rock (12) In good form and southern horses do well at Addington. Top selection
Bettor Be Sharp (13) Not blessed with an ideal draw but is tough. Can run top three here
Topaz (8) Wide draw and will need luck. Has a big finish if saved for one run at them

Race 6

Franco Josiah (7) Has gate speed and getting better with racing. Chance at longer odds
Tyron Eros (6) Gate speed and will might go forward. Will be ready to run a big race
Tu Tangata (10) Better last start. Should be running on well at the finish. Needed here

Race 7

Mr Kaplan (8) Disappointing last start but go on previous win. Can bounce back
Princess Meritaten (5) Very easy win last start. Will lead early and can go close
Amore Infida (2) Might get crossed early but can sneak a place at longer odds here

Race 8

Alta Meteor (6) Has both gate speed and finishing speed. Beat this field last start.
Beach Ball (7) On his way back to good form. Tough and can make it hard for the opposition
Ohoka Connor (8) Running on last start. Gives the stable another good chance in this

Race 9

Warrior Chief (3) Should give a good account here with an improved draw. Top selection
Dalton Shard (9) Getting fitter with racing but wide draw. Place hope with a cart into it
Warloch (13) Goes best when the pace is red hot. Could finish on into the placings here

Race 10

Sunny Louis (2) Conditions suit and will get a soft run near the front. Winning claims
Jasprit Trouble (4) Good win last start. Place chance here at longer odds. Include
Winning Bones (3) Likely early leader who has raced well here in the past. Place chance

Race 11

Betterwithbling (9) Change of driver for this. Tricky draw but will be running on here
Ruby’s A Delight (11) Goes well on the track. Well placed here and good chance
Fergalicious (1 ) Drawn to get a soft run near the speed. Can run top three with luck
