Trainer fined $2,000 and 60-day suspension

Harness racing trainer Greg Peck has been fined $2,000 and given a 60-day suspension for refusal to cooperate with authorities during an investigation. Peck, who had his indefinite suspension lifted by appearing before the judges at The Meadowlands on April 3, 2024, was still fined and suspended for failure to provide documents he said he had in his possession. At the hearing Peck said the documents do not exist.

Ceba Horsey was fined $1,000 and a 30-day suspension as trainer of record for I’ll Check Her Out who on Feb. 28, 2024, was found to be positive for Medroxyprogesterone at Dover Downs. A split sample also came back positive.

Tyler George was fined $1,000 at Hoosier Park for violation on two occasions for the horse PJ Lou, who received extracorporeal shock wave therapy and it was never reported with 24-hours of treatment to the judges.
