WASHINGTON, PA, May 23, 2024 — Atoning for a break last week, Little Town Road (Fordham Road-A Little Laid Back) zipped to the front from post 5 and never had an anxious moment as she captured Thursday’s harness racing co-feature at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, an $11,900 Conditioned Trot.
Players forgave last week’s miscue, hammering Little Town Road down to 1-5. The 3-year-old filly responded by blazing the final quarter in 27.3 for Brady Brown to secure her 1:55.3 victory. The pocket-sitting Lexi B was second, a length back, with Norma Pearl third.
