Falsified coggins test gets indefinite suspension

Trainer Ann Russell has received an indefinite suspension from harness racing for providing a falsified coggins test to officials at Scioto Downs on May 17, 2024.

Ms. Russell must appear before the judges and provide the original copy of said coggins test.

Michael Graffam has been fined $1,000 as his horse, Top Rank, was found to be positive for Hydroxydantrolene on May 2, 2024, at Plainridge Park.
