Harness News Update: Picks and analysis for Running Aces May 28

The 2024 harness racing season at Running Aces began over the weekend and will continue on Tuesday (May 21) night. The Place Pick All starts in the first race and will run through all eight. There is also a Jackpot Pick 5 wager beginning in the fifth race.

The feature race of the evening is the Open Pace which comes in the seventh. The defending champion, Bombay Hanover (Western Vintage) heads into the race at 4-1 morning line odds as he looks to win his third in a row and fifth of the year. He already has 17 races under his belt this year and 163 lifetime appearances. He has visited the winner’s circle 19 times and has earned over $237,000 in prize money. The eight-year-old gelding will line up in post position two and trainer Luke Plano with be in the sulky.
