Joumba de Guez (5f Carat Williams-Quoumba de Guez) was second at 2.2/1 for jockey Eric Raffin, trainer Jean Michel Bazire and owner Ecurie Vautors. Next, the Gr. II monte Prix Lavater – Etrier 4 Ans Q3 (purse 120,000€, 2700 meters, 14 four-year open starters) was won by 7.2/1 Kelly de Banville (4f Eridan-Bartavelle du Rib) ridden by Paul Philippe Ploquin and timed in 1.12.7kr.
