Off at 6.4/1 odds the winner is trained by L.C. Abrivard for owner J.L. Beraud. Hanna now has 12 career wins in 52 starts for 944,620€. She has won five monte events in eight starts including the Gr. I Prix des Centaures, Pric L’ile de France and the 2022 Cornulier.
Her speed record this day eclipsed the 1.09.8kr ( 1:52,2f mile rate) record set by Be Mine de Houelle in the 2018 Monte Elite at Solvalla over a shorter distance 1640 meters.
Finishing a distant second today was 3.6/1 odds Geisha Speed (8f Uriel Speed-Star Speed) with Anthony Barrier the jockey for trainer J.P. Monclin. Third was 9/1 Hirondelle du Rib (7f Rolling d’’Heripre) for J.L.Cl. Dersoir in the irons for Joel Hallais and Ecurie Rib. The 3.6/1 Granvillaise Bleue (8f Jag de Bellouet) was fourth for jockey Camille Levesque.
