Harness News Update: Picks and analysis for Woodbine Mohawk Park June 22nd

Woodbine Mohawk Park has a 10-dash harness racing card set for Saturday (June 22).

The card kicks off with a Pick 5 wager in the first race and the late Pick 5 starts in the sixth. Also, a Jackpot Hi-5 with a carryover of $30,267.56 is available in the tenth race.

Emmetts Buddy (In The Irons) will be looking to get back into the winner’s circle in the first race of the night. The five-year-old Manitoba-bred gelding hasn’t won since April 27 when he won the Preferred 2 in 1:50.3. However has now moved down from the Preferred class and should be one of the top pacers in the field of ten. Emmetts Buddy has won twice this year in eight starts and has finished in the top three four times. The class relief should be more than enough to allow Emmetts Buddy to get another win.
