Horse Utilisation Group finalises its second report

Harness Racing New Zealand’s Utilisation Reference Group (URG) has finalised its second report.

It comes after reviewing 22 submissions from the initial report in February. The second report was forwarded to the Executive of the NZ Harness Trainers and Drivers Association and includes their subsequent feedback.
