HARRINGTON, DE – Tlb Racing’s Captaincountrystar (Captaintreacherous) and harness racing driver Pat Berry were a 1:52 winner in the $22,500 Free-For-All Pace Monday (Aug. 19) at Harrington Raceway.
The Traci Berry-trainee charged aggressively for the lead near the half mile and never looked back in an open length win over Wehadababyetzaboy and Mack. It was his 9th win of the year and second of the night for the Berry stable and driver Pat Berry, who joined Corey Callahan and Ross Wolfenden with a driving triple. The winner paid $4.20.

Callahan, who had 2 wins for trainer Dylan Davis, steered Mike Casalino and Davis’ Majorca N (Art Major) to a 1:53.2 win in the co-featured $22,500 Mares Free-For-All Pace. The 9-year-old mare picked up her 5th win of the year over Jody and Misty Coast. The winner paid $4.60.

Later in the card, Louis Tomczakās Proper One ($13.40, Cody Poliseno) notched his 50thĀ career win for trainer Carlo Poliseno. The 10-year-old Proper Respect gelding was a wire-to-wire winner in a driving rain in the $8,500 conditioned pace.
