Flamboro Prospect Series prelim finale canceled

MILTON, SEPT. 23, 2024 – Flamboro Downs cancelled its Saturday, Sept. 21 harness racing card due to unsafe track conditions (read the notice here), and as a result Leg 5A of the two-year-old trotting colt Prospect Series was not contested.

The Standardbred Improvement Program committee has decided to equally divide the purse and points among the Leg 5A contestants. Leg 5A was programmed as Race 2 and 4 on the Sept. 21 card.

All participants have been notified, and the Prospect Series standings on the Ontario Sires Stakes (OSS) website will be updated on September 25 to reflect this result.
