Harness racing hits Addington again today with eight races on the card. The racing starts at 4:31pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Best Bet:  R10  Sophia Bromac

Best Value:  R7  Racey Krusa

Race 1

Sweet Spirit (7) Running on last start to win and only needs a good trip to feature. Needed
Mouton Cadet (9) Ok run last start and chance if the pace is on. Will be running on late
Ruby’s A Delight (6) Good win at Methven and holds form well. One of the better chances

Race 2

Meandad (3) Consistent and weaker field here. Winnign claims with a good run in transit
Kiss Me Kate (6) This looks an ideal race for here and she looks a good bet from the draw
Perfect Call (2) Drawn to follow the leaders and has the speed to be a great chance

Race 3

Motor Mouth (9) Getting better with racing. Might go close here with a good trip. Include
Gatecrasher (1) Gets conditions to suit. Should get a soft trip from the ace draw. Needed
Ford Rule (4) Gate speed and likely to head forward early. One for longer odds in this

Race 4

Spectator (1) Racing well and should be near the lead throughout. Can play a part here
Rutherford (4) Not much form but better than that. Could be over the odds. In the mix
Terror Ma Sue (7) Wide draw but racing well. Should be running on at the finish.

Race 5

Rollwithit (1) Trailing draw and top driver booked. Fresh up but can go close here
Doctor Tim (7) In good form and has raced ok in better fields. Wide draw a concern
Judine (6) Has been disappointing last few starts. Look for a better showing here

Race 6

Hi Life (2) Handy draw and in good from. Big field but has claims with luck in running
Lily’s A Star (4) Can finish quickly with the right trip. Manners needed but include here
Allbetsroff (9) Ok at workouts and stable respect on first starters. Tricky draw but needed

Race 7

Racey Krusa (3) Racing much better now and over the odds at $21. Could surprise
Ginas Majesty (9) Getting fitter and conditions suit. Can place at longer odds. Include
Opawa Peak (2) Good form and he should  race handy here. Top three chance again

Race 8

Sophia Bromac (10) Has been unlucky and due to strike form. Good winning chance
Executive Banner (5) Better than the form suggests. Better draw here and an improver
Ideal Chevron (8) Stuck on last start and like the track. Wide draw hurts but needed
