All Wrapped Up (Archangel) went from eighth to first to win his fourth consecutive harness racing Preferred-Handicap Trot at Rideau Carleton Raceway on Thursday (Nov. 14).
Guy Gagnon dropped him back, but the gelding never found the pylons, accepting the cover of Kenogami Coco (Robert Shepherd) and remaining on the rim through the :27.1 first quarter. All Wrapped Up advanced second-over to the half in :58.3 and tipped three-wide at three-quarters in 1:27.3.
Meadowbranch Noble (Steeven Genois) slid out of the pocket on the final turn and took the lead, leaving he and All Wrapped Up to battle down the stretch. Meadowbranch Noble put up a fight into deep-stretch, but All Wrapped Up powered past him to prevail by a half-length in 1:57.
Ripped And Ready (Jimmy Gagnon) was another four lengths adrift in third.
