Always B Naughty sold for six figures

Always B Naughty, a $600,000 winning daughter of Always B Miki, sold Thursday afternoon at onGait.com for $157,000 to Greg Luther of Ohio.

One of the fastest distaffers in history by virtue of her 1:48.2 3yr old mark, Always B Naughty is coming off a 4yr old campaign which saw her take on the likes of Twin B Joe Fresh, Grace Hill and Sylvia Hanover while earning nearly $200,000 on the year. She leaves the Nancy Takter barn, who was handling the training assignment for her partners Odds On Racing, Let It Ride Stables and R.B.H. Ventures, Inc.

Currently in the onGait auction ring are 30 broodmares and weanlings as part of the Let It Ride Stables and Odds On Racing annual bloodstock reduction as well as several horses from the Mal Burroughs Estate, include the second fastest Greenshoe Supernova Hanover 3,1:51.3 and Gatsby Hanover – a Tall Dark Stranger 2yr old out of former World Champion Gallie Bythe Beach p,2,1:50.3f; 3,1:49 ($749,898).
