Brilliant speedster The Locomotive (Muscle Mass) gave another enthralling display of front running
when he broke his harness racing rivals hearts in his dashing win in the Inter Dominion Trotting Championship Third round Heat 5 at Menangle Park last night.
Once again showing his customary dazzling speed The Locomotive was steadied in front by his driver Brad Hewitt.
Jason Lee abroad well supported second favourite Keayang Chucky wisely allowed his charge to take the trail after leading early.
Mufasa Metro had the one out and one back trail and Plymouth Chubb was restrained to race near the rear of the field.
However it was obvious that the front two had the race between them and it was turning into a fascinating contest as The Locomotive could not shake off Keayang Chucky. Nonetheless when Keayang Chucky issued his challenge The Locomotive responded and he was able to maintain his unbeaten record over the series.
Interestingly The Locomotive’s earplugs were still intact as the cord broke before they could be released.
