The Courant AB owned mare was reined by Theo Duvaldestin for trainer Thierry Duvaldestin and she was bred by J.F. Mary. Kalamia now sports six career wins in 20 starts for 173,455€.
She gamely held off 18/1 Rikata JP (5f Mister JP-Noblesse du Corta) that Matthieu Abrivard teamed for trainer Joselyn Robert and owner Sandrine Robert. The 1.2/1 odds favorite Keep Your Dreams (4m Follow You-Dream Life) landed third with Eric Raffin driving the Julien Dubois trainee for Ecurie Victoria Dreams. This Jean Philippe Dubois bred mare was ahead of 9/1 Kemra du Chene (5f Bird Parker-Comtesse du Chene) handled by Benjamin Rochard for trainer Julien Le Mar and owner Yvonne Guedj.

In the co-featured Prix du Bouscat (monte, purse 53,000€, 2700 meters, six year olds) the 1.3/1 odds favorite Jacaranda (6g Goetmals Wood-Tours) scored timed in 1.13.0kr with Benjamin Rochard in the irons for trainer Thomas Levesque and owner Ecurie du Berly.
This winner seven timed in 26 starts now has won four straight and has earned 141,600€. He rallied stoutly and won easily despite running out in late stretch.
The 8.8/1 odds Joyeuse Entrée (6f Rocklyn-Noblessime) was second with Mathieu Mottier the jockey for trainer/owner Antoine Marion. This mare was bred by Jean Philippe Dubois. Home third was 19/1 Jaguar de Kara (6g Very Nive Marceaux-Petite Cara) with Paul Philippe Ploquin aboard the Emmanuel Allard trainee. 6.8/1 Junior Berdiere (6g Bon Copain) was fourth for jockey Adrien Lamy.
