Harness racing hits Winton again today with twelve races on the card . The racing starts at 12:15pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good afternoon of racing.

Race 1

Superfast (1) Getting fitter and should give a good account from the draw. Top driver booked
Magic Sign (8) Conditions suit and wide draw the only concern. One for longer odds in this
Montage (4) Driver change for this. Likes the pace on and might try for the front. Include here

Race 2

Rakamick (4) Good third last start and has been freshened for this. Hard to beat and top selection
Itsallaboutthemoney (6) Canterbury visitors do well here and top driver booked. Expect a good run
Here’s Johny (7) Improver from his last start and a good top three chance with a soft trip. Include

Race 3

One For Jay (4) Stable reputation and good win last start. In the mix here with a good trip. Needed
Chicago Sky (1) Ok last start and a threat from the inside draw. Breeding takes her a long way here
Caught The Eye (5) Good effort last start and can sneak into the top three but has the worst draw

Race 4

Aveross Majesty (3) Solid fourth last start and a winning chance again from the draw. One for odds
Our Pinocchio (12) Beginning much better and conditions suit here. Should give a good account
Petite Trixton (7) Manners an issue but speedy once underway. If she stays trotting can go close

Race 5

Bondi Lustre (7) Consistent Canterbury visitor likely to go forward early. One of the better chances
Dragon Power (1) Drawn to be a factor in the race if he gets a soft trail. Good each way chance
Fernz Goldy (5) Stable change for this but not without a chance here. Can run time and needed.

Race 6

On The Beach (6) Good form before being freshened. Trialed ok and hard to beat against this lot
Jaccka Elvis (2) Has a bit of a reputation and might start a warm favourite after impressing at trials.
Captain Amore (9) In form and drawn for a pegs run. Has to be a good chance again. In the mix

Race 7

Florence The Machine (15) Has been running on in his races. Can run a cheeky race with manners
B D Hall (12) Up in grade and back in handicap. Good chance if he does things right in transit here
Pyramid Rose (14) Solid win last start. Should give a good account again here. Hard to beat

Race 8

On The Wing (6) Trainer/driver combo hard to beat but tricky draw. Likely to head forward. Include
Muchacho (8) Solid form for this and should go close to placing and draw only issue here. Top three
Mouton Cadet (5) Disappointing last start but has been freshened. Top three chance if the pace is hot

Race 9

Beach Day (5) Good win last start but harder here. Can run time and should give a good account
Snap Shot (1) Decent motor and is drawn well here. One of the better chances with top driver on
Louies Girl (6) Ok last start but on the up here. Will continue to improve and winning claims in this

Race 10

Julie Jaccka (5) Has raced better fields. Drawn ok and looks a good bet with a soft trip. Needed
Practical Magic (3) Has great form and will race handy to the speed. Has to be respected in this
Samanthas Moon (2) Goes best in front putting the pace on. Might try leading tactics today. 

Race 11

Built For Glory (8) At his best would go close to winning this. Speedy and hard to beat with manners
Miraculous (7) Good form against similar fields. Looks like one of the best chances again in this
Shepherds Delight (4) Likely to race close to the speed here. Could sneak a place from the front

Race 12

Mr President (5) This field not much stronger than when he won last start. Top selection in this.
Durrant (9) Better than the form suggests. Pegs draw here and has to be respected with gaps
Stillyourshot (1) Solid form and best draw point to a good showing. Should be thereabouts
