Matty hits the fruit bowl

Oamaru horseman Matty Williamson heads to the fruit bowl of the south tomorrow for the first of two days of racing on the grass for the Wyndham Harness Racing Club meeting at Cromwell.

Mighty Miki (Always B Miki) lines up in Race Three. His formline is a bit in and out and at his last start he had no luck.

She’s A Jewel (Sweet Lou) and Sargent Best (Art Major) line up for the stable in Race Six.

She’s A Jewel got a good trip to run second at her last start but gets a wide draw tomorrow.

Sargent Best is a seven win horse so this looks like a suitable race for him.

Williamson doubles up in Race Nine with Pyramid Rose (Majestic Son) and Florence The Machine (What The Hill).

Although Pyramid Rose has broken at her last few starts, there’s no doubting her talent.

Williamson rates Pyramid Rose as his best bet.

Florence The Machine has been back to the trials after breaking at her last race day start.
