Globe Derby Park – Sod turning ceremony

28 February 2025
in Australia
by Globe Derby Park
0

The industrial project at Globe Derby Park has been a huge success with all blocks in Stage 1 being sold out within days.

With only a few blocks remaining in Stage 2, these blocks will be highly sought after.

The contractors, Winslow, will complete the project in Q4 2025, with tenants and owners moving in quickly as they get their premises completed.

City of Salisbury Council have been extremely helpful through the approval process and all congratulations must go to Mayor Gillian Aldridge and her staff.

We would also like to thank the industry for their support during this process.

It is well known that this heralds the commencement of a new era for the South Australian Harness Racing Club and will secure their future with both capital and revenue.

Over the next few months you will see the Club’s strategic plan expanded to provide new developments which will provide further growth outside of racing.

The Club is now regarded as being one of the most progressive harness racing clubs in Australia under the management of new Chief Executive, David Grenvold.
