Rivers (Anders Bluestone) benefited from a perfect trip by harness racing driver Corey Callahan and won the $18,000 Winners Over/ Select Trot at Bally’s Dover on Tuesday night.

Rivers and Swan In Motion were quickest off the starting gate trotting into the 1st turn. Rivers retreated to the pocket allowing Swan In Motion to clear the lead passing the opening quarter in 27.3.
Swan in Motion, the 1/2 betting favorite, raced comfortably on the lead reaching the half in 56.3, a leisurely 29 flat quarter.
Muscle Dynasty grinded 1st over down the backstretch. That Ole Bar Stool shadowed 2nd over on the outside. Rivers waited patiently in the pocket.
Swan In Motion continued on an uncontested lead as the outside flow weakened. He reached the three quarters in 1:24.4, an amped up 28.1 quarter.
In the deep stretch, Rivers weaved his way down along the pylons to win by a head in 1:54. It was his 1st victory of the 2025 racing season and paid $11.20 for the win.

Ethel Ann Milby often enjoyed watching her grandson Corey Callahan race from her satellite dish. Mrs. Milby passed away earlier in March. I am sure she is smiling and would be very proud of Corey.
Tony Morgan and Corey Callahan guided four winners each on the betting card.
The feature race on Wednesday night will be the $25,000 Mares Open Handicap Pace. Disturbed Hanover, who was an upset winner at 9-1 odds last week, takes on Ludacrous A and Incaseyoudidnknow.
