Inexess Bleu wins Gr. II Prix Kerjacques

Today’s Vincennes featured  Gr. II Prix Kerjacques (purse 120,000€, 2700 meters, 13 International entrants ages 6-11) went to the 1.8/1 odds favorite Inexess Bleu (7f Vittel de Brevol-Pearl Of Charm) timed in 1.11.5kr for his driver Alexandre Abrivard.

This L.Cl. Abrivard trainee is owned by Michel Gallier and he now sports 18 career wins in 48 starts for 871,780€. This one now has seven straight victories and is 7-1-1 in his last nine outings. Face Time (10g Coktail Jet-Netchka d’Orgeres) was second at 40/1 odds with Gabriele Gelormini driving this Matthieu Abrivard trainee for JPB Horses. Third was 38/1 Emeraude de Bais (11f Repeat Love-Haute Tension) reined by Franck Nivard for owner Herve Carlus and conditioner Benjamin Goetz.

The great veteran Etonnant (11m Timoko-Migraine) set the pace at 12/1 odds and held for fourth with Anthony Barrier handling the Richard Westerink owned and trained campaigner that has 22 wins in 90 starts.

The 12/1 Hussard de Landret (8m Bird Parker-Anakine de Bellay) was fifth for Benoit Robin followed by 2.6/1 odds second choice Joumba de Guez and 7.1/1 Gaspar d’Angis.

The undercard’s Prix Cornelia (monte Gr. III, purse 90,000€, 2850 meters, 11 European starters ages 6-11) saw 2.8/1 odds Impala de Val (7g Viking de Val-Axelle du Noyer) score easily timed in 1.12.4kr. Benjamin Rochard was the winning jockey for trainer P.E. Mary and Ecurie JP and Company.

The winner now sports 17 wins for 43 starts and 417,840€ earned.

The 23/1 Extreme Desbois (11g Tornado Bello-Ivaniez) captured a distant second ridden by Clement Frecelle for trainer/owner Benjamin Goetz and breeder Eric Lambertz. Home third was 56/1 odds Halfa (8f Offshore Dream-Ofara) handled by jockey Alan Gendrot for owner/trainer Stephane Levoy. 

The 2.3/1 odds favorite Gazelle de Val (9f Viking de Val-Axelle du Noyer) was fourth for jockey Mathieu Mottier, she a full sister to the race winner. Eric Lamberty bred, owns and trains this one. The 6.6/1 Hannibal Tuiilerie (8g Remember Jihem) landed fifth ridden by Alexandre Angot.

This day at Napoli Agnano was the Premio Piazze Romane (purse 11,000€, 2100 meters autostart) where 1.3/1 odds favorite Gran Torino (3m International Moni-Ranchy-Self Possessed) scored in 1.13.0kr.

Alessandro Gocciador reined and trains this six time winner of 27,117€. Gimmy Top (3m Readly Express-Melody Del Rio) was second at 8.3/1 odds with Vincenzo Gallo aboard, followed by 198.4/1 Gengis Khan Glory (3m Love You-Caviart Elle) driven by Crescenzo Maione.
