Harness racing hits Cambridge again today with 7 races on the card. The racing starts at 5:42pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Best Value:  R1  High Noon

Race 1

High Noon (10) Stable change after some good runs in the south. Can run top three with manners
Home Grown Girl (3) Good draw and well bred. Stable respect and could go well fresh up. Needed
Wish For Fish  (4) Freshened and has been to plenty of workouts to get fit. Upset chance in this

Race 2

Desert Dawn (1) Did too much work last start and easier here. Has to be included from the draw
Lukaku (9) Could get a soft trip on the pegs and does go ok on the track. One for longer odds
Delightful Chic (7) Improver from her last start and only needs luck to be in it. Top three chance

Race 3

Shesgold (6) Looked unlucky last start and driver change for this. Better run expected here
Voronov (8) Ok last start and a threat to the favourite with a good run in transit. Needed
Castana (7) Good effort last start in a stronger field. Can sneak into the top three with luck

Race 4

Eyeliner (1) Has been freshened and a big chance from the draw. Top selection in this field
Cyamate (8) Freshened and stable kicking goals at the moment. Should give a good account
For Always Arden (9) Out of form but improver with a place chance who follows the favourite

Race 5

Ruby Ridge (11) Good win last start in a similar field. Top selection in this but tricky handicap
Emily Bay (4) Should be fitter now and goes ok the track. Good each way chance at longer odds
Highview Rockn Roll (7) Will be fitter after last start second. Can go one better with the right trip

Race 6

It’s Nae Or Never (4) Nearing peak fitness and due for some form. Worth including in this field
Lewey Maguire (1) Should get a soft run handy from the draw. Each way chance with a trail
Won And Only (5) Due to show form after some disappointing runs. Driver change. Needed

Race 7

Ohoka Achilles (3) Unlucky last start and mile suits. Should go close in this if he leads. Needed
I Can Too (1) Will get a soft run on the pegs and should go close to placing in this. Include
Run Mason Run (4) In good form and should get a good run near the speed. Top three chance
